All training clients begin their journey with a complimentary consultation. We break this into two parts: a Consultation and a Movement Screen. This ensures no steps are skipped and allows our coaches to focus on your unique goals.
Part 1: In the consultation, we’ll talk through your background — lifestyle, habits, exercise history, and goals. We may also take baseline metrics and offer an optional body composition scan.
Part 2: The Movement Screen helps our coaches identify mobility, strength, and functional patterns. This assessment, built on industry-standard practices, ensures your training is tailored to you.
